Heute die erste Session seit Donnerstag gspielt und auf gut 800 Hände einen kleinen Gewinn eingefahren. Ich finde ich hab insgesamt sehr solide gespielt und bin dementsprechend zufrieden. So darf es weitergehen 
Ansonsten gibt es heute mal wieder ein Update zu meiner zweiten BR Challenge, die sich langsam eher in eine Laufchallenge verwandelt, da das der einzige Teil ist den ich bisher wirklich regelmäßig gemacht habe. Nicht, dass ich auf Beine/Liegestütz bzw. Bauch/Rücken keinen Bock hätte, aber nachdem wir Anfang Mai Besuch von Freunden hatten, was meinen Plan etwas durcheinandergewürfelt hat, waren wir letztes Wochenende mit einer Freundin Radfahren. Sind die Hanseroute von Zwolle bis Arnhem gefahren, was was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Gerade Deventer ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Leider hat die Tour aber wieder dazu geführt, dass Beine/Liegestütz und Bauch/Rücken flach gefallen sind. Wenn ich unterwegs bin, kriege ich das einfach nicht gut hin 
Nun ja, Laufen läuft dafür umso besser. Mein Knie schafft mittlerweile problemlos 45min und letzte Woche habe ich das erste Intervalltraining eingestreut. 5x 1min Belastung bei jeweils 1min zügigem Gehen dazwischen. Da hab ich gleich gute Laune bekommen

Abseits vom Tisch habe ich was die Theorie betrifft etwas die Übersicht verloren, weshalb ich mir nun auch dafür ein Excelsheet angelegt habe. So kann ich täglich abhaken, ob bzw. was ich gemcht habe. Es bleibt aber weiterhin dabei, dass ich täglich einen Strategieartikel lesen, ein Video schauen und 2 Daily Dose of GTO Aufgaben erledigen möchte. The Mathematics of Poker musste ich gestern erst einmal wieder zurück in die Bibliothek bringen, werde es mir aber heute wieder ausleihen. Wird sich wohl sonst auch niemand für interessieren
Puh, die heutige Session konnte ich gut gebrauchen. Hab versucht mich die letzten Tage nicht verrückt zu machen, einfach weiter meinen Stiefel runterzuspielen und an meinen mir bekannten Problemen zu arbeiten. Ich denke ich war heute in einem sehr guten Mindset und habe größtenteils mein A-Game gezeigt. Dazu war ich im Gegensatz zu den letzten Tagen - zumindest gefühlt - nicht so carddead, ich konnte am Flop viele kleine Pötte mitnehmen, wurde nicht so oft ge3betted und hatte dann auch noch spielfreudige Gegner. Das hat unabhängig vom monetären Part teilweise extrem viel Laune gemacht ♠_biggrin:

so einen move wie bei der zweiten hand hätte ich eher von einem erwartet, der über 50% vpip hat. also von einem richtigen vollfisch. dann auch noch in zwei spieler rein. ohne sinn. aber gut natürlich für uns. solche brauchen wir am tisch.

Am Tisch war es etwas weniger, glaube rund 80%. Da gibt es ja immer Abweichungen zwischen PT4 und GGPoker, weil PT4 nur die Hände miteinbezieht, die ich selbst mitgespielt habe.

Die Hand ist von Villain gar nicht schlecht gespielt, aber der Typ hat die Auszeichnung für den Fisch der Woche absolut verdient. Mit einem VPIP von über 70% hat der so viele Hände und die auch noch recht aggressiv gespielt. Ich war vor dieser Hand schon in 4 oder 5 Hände mit Villain involviert und musste jedes mal postflop folden, weil ich mit AJ, AQ, AK oder kleinen PPs einfach nichts getroffen habe. Gegen Spieler mit normaleren Stats hätte ich am Turn mit Sicherheit keinen 4Bet Shove gespielt, aber hier hat es sich gelohnt. Ich frag mich ja immer wieder was Villain in solchen Situationen durch den Kopf geht, vor allem da ich Preflop Aggressor war, seine Donkbet calle und ihn am Turn raise. 4,5 Stacks down, guter Start in die Woche Mal schauen was die Sessionreview bringt, aber ich hab mir keine interessanten Hände notiert und kann mich an keine groben Schnitzer oder dumme Calls erinnern, nur an verlorene Flips und viele Hände die ich postflop folden musste.
Edith bestätigt mein Gefühl. Hab zwar nicht überall optimal gespielt, aber das war nicht der Grund für diesen hohen Verlust. Ich hab postflop einfach sehr viel am Flop/Turn folden müssen. Macht den Verlust zwar nicht kleiner, aber so kann ich besser damit umgehen und positiv auf morgen schauen!
Bin sehr wahrscheinlich für diese Woche schon wieder durch mit pokern. Heute Abend geht's zum Pubquiz, morgen hab ich viel um die Ohren und Samstag geht es für 10 Tage in den Urlaub. Daher kommt das BR-Update diese Woche noch früher. Nachdem der Wochenstart schon so bescheiden war ging es am Dienstag zuerst weiter nach unten, zwischenzeitlich war ich insg. fast 7 Stacks down. Hab mich dann aber gefangen und peu a peu hochgegrindet. Ohne den Cooler der Woche wäre ich dann auch ungefähr bei +/- 0 gelandet, aber das fällt halt unter "Hätte, hätte Fahrradkette". War also mal wieder recht swingy, aber das bin ich langsam gewohnt.

Kenn ich zu gut. Ich hab die Woche den 2nd nut flush weggelegt und mir echt mega schwer getan. Ich glaube eine Sekunde vor der Timebank. Zusätzlich hatte ich noch Trips. Denke bei one card Flush sollte man da evtl etwas overfolden. Gerade OOP ist das echt schwierig und man kann auch easy geblufft werden. Ne kleinere bet hätte ich da aber ggf. auch bezahlt. Alternativ hättest du vielleicht eine kleine Block-Bet setzen können, falls du vorher schon weißt, dass du eh was bezahlst. Einen Non flush bekommst du eventuell raus aus der Hand oder value. Mit dem nut flush würde er wohl reraisen und den J hätte er vermutlich nur gecallt
Die KK sind echt bitter 🥺 Ich hatte letzte Woche AA vs AKo flush verloren 😠

@dümmste Hand: Ich hatte hier nicht blockbetten wollen, weil ich dachte, dass mich sowieso nur bessere Hände callen. Aber Deine Argumentation passt schon. Wenn ich eine Bet calle, dann ist selbst betten sinnvoller. Aber ich bleibe dabei, dass ich eher dran arbeiten werde diese Calls nicht zu machen. Sollte langfristig am profitabelsten sein. Das kriegst Du anscheinend ja schon besser hin, wenn Du den 2nd Nutflush folden kannst. War Villains Bet denn sehr groß?
@AA vs. AKo: Ist ja eigentlich noch schlimmer als meine Kings, da Du ja riesiger Favorit warst.
Hallo, noch nicht alles gelesen, mache ich aber noch 
hatte gestern 3 Stacks verloren KK vs AK run it twice, 1. Flop A, 2. Flop Straße, dann Die üblichen QQ, vs AK und KK vs AA.
Aber bei dir scheints ja trotz den Suckouts zu laufen, ich tu mich schwer das alles wieder reinzuholen.
Ja dumme calls mach ich auch zu viel, aber manchmal muss man von der Einteigerstrategy abweichen. Gut 3bet Push von einem Gegner mit guten Stats sind meistens nuts. Aber ich hab halt auch schon Honks gecallt die für Stacks bluffen.
Auf jeden Fall immer schön notes machen, wenn gegner AA nur callt , nicht dreibettet etc.
