hi,
vilian readless

From what would we getting value on flop? he has simliarly amount Jx combinations as like as 7x, some GS and high card... small part of his range

Next problem is I´m not sure how to act versus c/raise especially readless - bet/call, call, fold?

check back reason - his range which I´m geting value is wider on the turn, it can induce bluff stab... for me is it more comfortable to play that hand on two streets (would you feel well yourself to send third cbet on this board or facing to rvr donkbet?)

Thank you

Hi.

I think that hand is good enough to 3barrel since he only got QJ and KJ as better Jx.

As played easy call down because he might think that you are weak + he has some busted draws otr.

C/B Flop is best - call Turn also.

River seems somewhat close, but in my opinion there's enough worse hands betting incl some worse Jx to call it.

C/B means check behind or continuation bet? ?(
and why is it better?

It fits best with how you want to play your overall ranges on this type of board texture. Given this is true, one can assume it's also better from an EV perspective, although it's easy to imagine this anyway, because by checking back we lose less vs 7x and gain more from his weaker hands.

Don't you think our CBettingRange gets much too weak if we arent CBetting JT?

Sure, this Ranges everybody should define for himself. My CbettingRange would get too weak if I dont Cbet JT.

But you check some Ahigh, Khigh and Air back too.

Sure, but I guess the Cbet Range oft most players is still too weak if we wanna CBet a wide Range here but dont CBet JT. So I guess most of us should rethink their Cbet strategy here.

how about cbet/call flop, checkback turn and bet river on this flop texture in general vs a random villain?

I think we might loose value by checking the flop with our strong Jx on this texture especially bc JT is probably in the top 15% of our best holdings on this texture... If we cbet flop, I expect Villain to call with 7x, Jx, Kx, (Ax), GS, random floats. Therefore, I would cbet this flop with 7x, Jx, 88+, AJ+ (top ~30%) + about the bottom 20% of my range and check-back all the stuff in between like A-high, K-high, Q-high ... I probably check back with some really nutted hands (77, J7, JJ, ...) as well.

Most of his weak SD value hands will probably call at most 2 barrels (or 1 barrel) and therefore I would checkback turn with the intention to bet river or call a normal sized river probe bet. I think we realize thin value quite efficiently if Villain checks to us (we get often even calls from hands which would have folded to our turn bet and induce some river probe bets with air or thin value)

If we think about our overall strategy:
We cbet polar (~50% of the time). On the turn, we 2nd barrel polar (7x+, QQ+, KJ+, bluffs) as well and if we check back turn we will have still a decent bluff-catcher thin value type range with which we can call a bet on a lot of run-outs very comfortable. The weakest part of our strategy would be the check flop check turn range but I don't think that random Villains are capable of exploiting that part of our strategy.
