Hello! I am a poker player, and im playing at your network for a long time. Generally I like your service and software. And your promotions and recent player benefits are almost the best in online poker industry.
But a big disappointment was at software updates from 28th of December. Particularly it was the removing of waiting list function. In fact, the fundamental on any regular player style is multitabling. And waiting list function makes play more comfort. Because when you grind out for 6-10 hours per day the comfort of play becomes critical.
I understand, that you want to take care about new come players. And lower the pressure of poker “sharks” for those players. But let me remind you, that regular players are generating very solid part of your income. And applying inappropriate conditions for their play, you get a risk to lose part of them.
And in conclusion for future acting as player representing also my poker community I would like to ask you to abstain of such critical software changes. Also I’m asking to return the waiting list function. Because its natural for online and live poker also. And it doesn’t harms to anyone.
Its possible that your poker room isn’t responsible for this changes. But I hope that this letter and opinion of many players reaches your managing staff or gaming network coordinators.
