Hi guys,
I'm sorry for asking in English but I don't speak Spanish.

Can somebody tell me how does poker tax law looks like in Spain?
- do you have to pay a tax or poker rooms do it, not you?
- do you pay taxes from profit or from winnings?
- Is it annual tax?
- how much tax do you pay? (I heart about 19%, but some tax adviser said to me it will be depented of the profit - for an example 22% from €25k annual income and 50% from €50k annual income)
- is there any difference for people with extra income from poker and people for who it's the only source of income?

And any other kind of information. Thank you very much!

How does it work with winnings in live casinos? Are those winnings count also or is it tax free?
