Hola quiero instalar mi segunda licencia del HM2 en un segundo ordenador y cuando me logeo el la web de Holdem Manager ingreso la clave de mi cuenta (License Key).
Y me da el siguiente error(The serial number Could not be used to unlock software.
Please try again)
He mandado un correo al soporte de Holdem Manager y me han contestado semejante tostón.
Con lo que entre que mi Ingles es solo por traductor y que es un lio todo el proceso.
Prefiero recurrir a vuestro auxilio.

Is this for HM1 or HM2
HM1 - Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder and i will look into what is causing this issue.
HM2 - Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\ApplicationData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
Also Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\ApplicationData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)
