JJ vs shove

you think the overcall of BU is so strong that you should fold?
i do not share the same experiences with overcalls from recreationals i guess

i think this is a call agianst the aggro guy and i wouldnt worry that much about bu

I didnt say BU is very strong, but he could be.
The reason for fold is that SB shove range likely doesnt have bluffs given action, meaning that his range is something like QQ+, AK and I dont have pot odds to call vs that.

It's not illogical to conclude that BTN may have some reasonable holdings - but we can definitely for the most part discount super premiums. I.e if he shows up with AA I'd just chalk it up to variance.

The most important factor is likely SB. The presence of BTN influences the dynamic here as mentioned - SB may shove tighter. He is also on the tighter side in terms of preflop aggression. While it's pretty standard to stack off with JJ BvB in many situations at this limit, the affected dynamic and tight-ish SB can lead to a marginal fold here.
