Hi herrmutig,
I'm going to move this to NL Advanced Discussions, because it seems to fit that topic.

Cheers,

i think you should be getting a solver - really no reason for someone not to in this era.

In general you should be considering various factors

As the Caller
-Position: Raise less often when in position
-Range Advantage
>Equity advantage: If your overall equity is higher, you can raise more
>Nuts Advantage: if you have more sets and two pairs and straights, you can raise more
-Stack Size: Raise more often with thin value hands if shallow (TPTK type of hands) & Draws too
-Number of Players in Pot: Raise less often in multiway

As the aggressor, you wanna cbet more often when your range advantage is huge, and use more of a mixed strategy when both ranges are more similar in strength.
