Hi,

As many of you already know it, I'm little bit noobish for technology
So, it's time to change my phone, and I'm a little bit sick of iphones already, I mean if I don't find something cool, I'll probably just go again with iphone and take iphone 5s..

However, can you guys recommend me something in that class from other brands? I heard that LG and Samsung have some nice models? Maybe someone else?

Thanks in advance,
Fran

i switched from Iphone4 to S3 1.5years ago, never looked back.
It's much more durable and still works fine, compared to my iphone4 after the 1y mark which started failing pretty hard with massive lag and the home button spoiling.

Screen is also much larger which is nice if you are playing pokerstars mobile. People are saying that S5 is going to look basically the same as S3/S4 so I'm sure there are better android models out there from other brands which you could look into (with better value for money).

Thx mbml,
yeah I noticed that iphones become pretty bad after some time, I have iphone 5, and now, after some time it's actually dying.

I guess Samsung S4 should be a great phone, will wait for some other opinions too, thanks for your advice.

Also, can I play real money games on samsung? If I recall correctly, some time ago, my friend could play only play money games on samsung? Maybe not a case anymore?

Thx,
Fran

I have the Samsung Galaxy S4 and am happy with it; it's definitely nicer than other androids I've seen, and if you want to be using it as a computer (which you obviously do since you want a smart phone), it has a nice sized screen, while the iphone would be annoyingly small.

edit: this was my first smart phone; I finally made the switch last year.

Hi oblioo,

Thanks for sharing this, I'm pretty sure I'll go with samsung galaxy s4 too, some people said to me that some LG 2 (maybe some letter before this 2) is also great, but samsung sounds like safer choice?

Mrs Vorpal has a the same model, and is extremely pleased with it.

She believes that the advantage is that the glass used in the screen is superior, and provides more accurate response to touches.

I have not done any comparisons myself, but comparing a Samsung tablet to my off-brand one, the Samsung is WAY better.

I would imagine that their phones would be similar.

+1 on getting a Samsung. I've had my Galaxy Note for almost 3 years now I think, and it's still functioning almost perfectly. :)

Can't go wrong with samsung (have the S4 too) but in terms of performance, the Nexus 5 is the top

I have the S4 as well and really love it. I didn't go for the iPhone because of the small screen. I really love the screen size of the S4 :f_love:

I'm the only one who don't have samsung here? :f_confused:

I got HTC One. Beautiful phone, I mean it. Don't know how strong are Samsungs but mine has fallen from my pocket a lot of times and only had few scratches.
only minus is that I wish battery could last longer.

p.s. you can polay PokerStarz real money on any android just need to download app from ps homepage. Google play only allow to download play money.
