He is trying to politely tell you that you have low understanding of probability and the law of large numbers.
There is nothing wrong with that guys graph.
You ever seen flip/auto all-in free-rolls? How do you think people win those.
Google the probability of you even existing, or how many times you would statistically randomly have to shuffle a deck of cards to get a single repeat of the exact order. This will give you context of things that truly seem impossible, yet you do exist. That guy winning all those hands is nothing compared to that.
Again this is not a poker thing you are struggling with. You are lacking comprehension and hence you goto go down the rigged route as you have to blame something.

There will always be those who believe that on-line poker is rigged, and those who do not.
There are those who believe that they are being cheated by bots.
