As you know poker stars canceled turbo and regular speed heads up games. They only have hyper turbos for now. And most likely they will find faster format to generate more rake and keep our edge very small versus others.
Is there other sites that offers heads up in any format?

888 has "turbo" and "super turbo" HU SNGs with BI ranging from $0.40 to $100
I can't tell what the traffic is like because I don't play 'em, and 888 doesn't show "running" SNGs in their lobby
Still a ton of edge to be found in HU hypers.
Hourly rates for hypers have been a lot better than turbos or reg speeds for quite some time. Mainly because you could have played a lot more games, as the traffic has been better there.
Obviously, the edge must be a lot higher in turbos or reg speeds. But the action was on a steady decline for years.
Anyway, this is hapenning to hypers now, too. And you are right, they want people to either play spins, MTTs or cash game. SnGs are dying as they have been for quite some time.

The jackpot spin games are very attractive to recreational players — or those thinking short-term, and I'm not convinced that poker rooms are trying to kill the older formats. They are in large part trying to provide what the player pool wants.
Party Poker has HU SNGs, turbo and hyper speed. 7% and 2% rake respectively. Plus rake back program. Ipoker also has reg and turbo HU SNGs. Although you may have to wait a while for a game to be filled.

I do play heads up hypers and spins by the way. The variance is obv sick compared to regular heads up.

Same with all forms of poker really — although when watching high-stakes twitch streams I'm always astounded at how wild some players can get
