Alexander Gruibem joined the feature table and promptly reported to the rail. He got in all for about 300,000 with {K-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, but found himself in huge trouble against Sam Trickett's {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}
The board fell {3-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Gruibem's quick appearance at the feature table has ended. Trickett is up to about 850,000.

When i was there, he lost a preflop all in with AQ vs KJ, but he had the short stack well covered. The board ran out x x J K x.
Only Allanon is playing from Team PokerStrategy.com today. BongBob is taking a short break from poker to prepare himself for the Main event.
RobbieV and Nazgul were both playing till late in the $2k Venetian Deep Stack Extravaganza event yesterday. They both made the money and RobbieV was not too far from the final table.

He told me that he had just finished the $1k event in the Bellagio. He came in 2nd, and earned $28k.

Just took a stroll in the Everest Poker lounge. It is open for players sponsored by Everest. The lady at the front desk told me that they have around 130 players here in the WSOP and around 50% of them are from France, with others also from Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy etc.

Jonathan Little is now the chip leader of the $1.5k Limit Hold'em shootout event. He picked up pocket aces and knocked out Terrence Chan.
He has 800k chips with 7 players left. They starting with 450,000 chips each.
eleph is still in the $10k PLO event and has around 70k chips now. Blinds are 800/1,600. There are 113 players left but they are still some way away from the money.

I'm not too sure if eleph is still in the PLO event. According to PokerNews' last update, he has 90 chips, but i don't see any chips at the seat I remember him sitting at.
After 3 levels at the $2.5k NL Hold'em event, the blinds are now up to 100/200.

Allanon took down a small pot in the following hand:
UTG+2 raises to 400, Allanon calls from BU. Flop 5:s 5:c A:h, villain bets 500, Allanon calls. Turn T:h villain tanks and checks, Allanon bets 1,175 and takes down the pot.
A little while later, there was another AA vs KK confrontation on Allanon's table. Second time in the last 2 levels of play. Pretty cold deck if you ask me.
