Without any read I like the disciplined fold on the river as board really got nasty. He will probably check Ahigh behind so you beat practicly nothing.Will mark it though but I think fold is the right choice.
The flop check/raise is a bit close as you are no favorite and he may not call too much worse hands on this dry board but it's still ok for me.
