Results follow:

Hero shows two pairs, queens and nines(9s 7d).
BB shows a full-house, queens full of nines(9h Qc).

Can I 3-bet the flop?

Hi taavi1337,

I don't know how often this raise is strong on this limit but as far as I know a flopraise is rather weak than strong. Another problem is that there are not many draws he can raise with.
Nevertheless I like a 3-bet here as he still should raise A-high often enough for a freecard or a cheap showdown.
