Cap for value on the flop imo. It's a 3way pot so I don't like waiting for the turn, I'd rather fastplay it to get more from flushdraws/gutshots.

As played, r/calldown on turn is fine.

i completely agree with taavi here. especially the flop looks like an easy cap to me. the turn card is quite bad but still raise/calldown (as suggested) should be fine
