You can't really c/r the turn again unless you have a read that BU is a maniac or caps very loose on the flop. I would put him on AT+ after the flop cap, which means tptk is the bottom end of his range. You're beat, but have to call down because of the great odds. Just 3bet/calldown from the flop.

I think taavi's right here.

His range for a flop cap, unless you have a read he's getting out of line is probably, TT, 77, 66, 89, AT, T7, T6 and 67 only one of which you want to be raising the turn against.

Additionally with the pot size being what it is even if he 3-bets us it's going to be almost impossible to get away from our hand so if you're going to take aggressive lines for value here on the turn in a pot this big make sure you're really ahead of his range.
