Did I play this too aggressive. After he checks on the flop I didn't believe he represented a QQ+ nor AQo, AQs, KQo, KQs

His c/r on the turn in the capped pot looks really strong, as he knows that your range is very tight. Just bet/calldown from turn. He could easily have AA, QQ or AQ, trying to play tricky line.

easy bet/calldown Turn, and after SD you have to do a note about your opponent.
