Do you bet puke if they raise in these spots, or just check call if they give you the odds?

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I agree with your donk here 3-way on the wet board. the size is fine too.

As played the turn is quite bad. On one hand your hand is doing bad vs flushes and on the other hand it acts as a scare cards for your opponents. With that being said both look fishy so you could still bet for thin value and if we get raised we just look at pot odds and take it from there (we also have some implied odds ).
