This is a rather dry board. You have called OTF and OTT. So Villain knows you have at least Top Pair. He bets pot size OTR, so he thinks he beats your TP. If you don’t have any hints that he bluffs often, you can fold.
BTW: This is a NL 10 hand, not NL 5.
I think it's fine to fold the River with just a pair here. We don't have info that he is doing that with worse hands.
River pot donk smells like 2p 
In any case, I'd fold here and live another day. Villain shows strength here by betting 3 streets plus pot donk OTR.
Huh, it seems like an easy fold vs Pot size bet OTR. I guess villain really understand that we have an at least an ACE, so he at least have 2p+.
yea it is definetely a fold , but i would make a reraise on the flop to eliminate the bluffing option from his side
I would also go for raise OTF and play AK there as a very very strong hand, as we can say that villain is a fish.

Why would i want to remove his bluffs from his range ?
The bet sizes indicate that he just got there with AQ, sets would probably bet larger, or plan to check call flop, you should raise the flop mostly for value, planning to fold to a reraise
I think your giving the player to much credit, he probably just bets "to see where hes at", since hes calling a 3bet oop, i dont expect him to be that good of player.
player type and his tendancies help, everything depends on villain and his play style.
Here is a good rule of thumb that used to help me in spots like this last year, where your not really sure and dont know what to do, and it worked really well for me, on the turn, before you call a bet, ask yourself am i going to call the river as well? if your not then, fold the turn, the reason for this is you will save lots of money, when your behind in a hand, and dont know it, usually when your in a tough spot and dont know what to do, your probably behind.
