Hello!

iPoker - €0.10 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BB: 281.1 BB (VPIP: 23.58, PFR: 21.95, 3Bet Preflop: 14.00, Hands: 131)
UTG: 87.1 BB (VPIP: 28.10, PFR: 11.50, 3Bet Preflop: 5.00, Hands: 476)
Hero (CO): 147 BB
BTN: 103 BB (VPIP: 21.92, PFR: 20.39, 3Bet Preflop: 12.15, Hands: 948)
SB: 158.5 BB (VPIP: 20.00, PFR: 12.00, 3Bet Preflop: 14.29, Hands: 25)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♦ A♥
I normally raise here, but didn't because of more than one aggressive 3bettor behind me.

UTG calls 1 BB, Hero calls 1 BB, BTN calls 1 BB, SB raises to 5 BB, BB calls 4 BB, UTG calls 4 BB, Hero calls 4 BB, fold
Called cause I thought my hand was good here.
Flop: (21 BB, 4 players) J♥ 2♦ 3♣
SB bets 13 BB, fold, UTG calls 13 BB, Hero calls 13 BB
His betsizing looks strong, put him overpairs, toppair, maybe some backdoors. Good pot odds.

Turn: (60 BB, 3 players) 5♦
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks
Had no clue what to do. :f_ugly:

River: (60 BB, 3 players) Q♦
SB bets 19 BB, UTG calls 19 BB, fold
Could this be a call?
Is this a typical line villain would took here with overpairs?
Would a raise around 90 BB have been an option?

Spoiler

UTG shows T♦ J♣ (One Pair, Jacks)
(Pre 17%, Flop 18%, Turn 11%)
SB shows A♣ A♠ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 83%, Flop 82%, Turn 89%)
SB wins 91.5 BB

Hi,
In my opinion first of all you should play isoraise preflop. Limping AJo is terrible here (and not only here). As played I don't think there is a good reason to play raise on the flop because it'll knock worse hands out of pot and only better than yours will call so call seems ok. You have to bet on the turn though for value and protection! You get calls from Jx,FD,Ax,66-TT,54s and maybe some more. Check is very bad here. As played I think you should call the river. You are usually behind here but you need very little equity to make a EV+ call.
Just my opinion,
Good Luck :f_drink:

Hi,

I doubt that players are randomly start 3-betting you if your image is generally tight. You block AK, AQ, AJ, JJ that might 3-bet you and you isolate yourself against looser player, who likely has there worse hand
So I would also prefer making isolation raise to 4x and then decide if get 3-bet from BU or SB/BB. Calling flop is fine, but once he checks turn you very likely has there best hand, so I would bet for value 35BB. River fold seems fine, since SB is going to valuebet often better hands and UTG might also hold there Qx. Also backdoor flushdraw got there, so fold seems good option.

Best regards,
