It's a pot odds question.
You have to call 20.94-9 = 11.94BB.
Pot is 1.5+3+9+20.94 = 34.14BB, so you're getting 34.14/11.94 = 2.85:1 pot odds or 26% equity.
It's a call, A9o has that equity vs his range.

Might be very close to break even I think. Vs AQ+, TT+ you have 25.7% equity. If you think he's shoving alot wider the call is ok off course.

Man, he's a short shoving 20bb, of course you can put JTs and stuffin his range.
You can't possibly think of 3bet-folding here.
call it off son. If villan had got say queens your a 3-1 dog at least, so makes sense
If I was watching the game, how and when he became a short stack would help in this spot a ton. 
Id call given the odds, i dont much like 3betting A9o though vs btn vs co just my opinion i think there a many better options.And especially with short stacks to act behind we have to be a lot more careful with the 3bets.
