Howdy,

I think it's better to check back turn. Of course he could still have flushdraw/combo draw/Jx, but he still has a bunch of outs against us and he will call there almost always and he won't fold his Tx/9x either. He's not fullstacked, so he can decide to shove and our hands is no good there so instead we can check turn and hope to hit our outs.
