Hero (BTN): $50 (100 bb)
SB: $150.08 (300.2 bb)
BB: $74.35 (148.7 bb) No sample.
UTG: $62.57 (125.1 bb)
MP: $30.11 (60.2 bb)
CO: $52.25 (104.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with T♥ 7♣
3 folds, Hero raises to $1, SB folds, BB calls $0.50

Flop: ($2.25) Q♦ K♠ 5♦ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.25, BB calls $1.25

Turn: ($4.75) A♥ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3.75, BB calls $3.75

River: ($12.25) A♣ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $16, BB calls $16

At first glance I guess it would look like overplayed hand, but I still think as the hand played out, his range most of the time is leaning towards Kx, Qx, and I thought that by 3barrel + overbetting river, I can make him fold Qx and maybe weakish Kx, since it is BTN vs BB. Bad thinking ??

Hi

Give up flop - no backdoor equity
Give up turn - it improves his range.

River is massively spewy imo - he does have some AXs and AJ/AT/JT in his range for sure. You woupd need him to fold a ton and have some reads on his frequencies for calling down
