Protection or float?

I vote raise.
The size you mention seems OK to me.

I'm curious to see what others would do here though...

I would call and then bet/raise turn.
But raise on the flop is ok too

Raise! You want value and you want it now.

get as many BBs in the pot as possible you think V will call. I vote raise another 10bb, half pot the turn and then jam river on a non heart

Board is rather dry and you have position which you can better utilize if you call flop. Also SPR is small enough already that you'll have no trouble stacking either of the villains by the river without raising flop.

Though raising for value is basically never a mistake on micros it's not the optimal play in the hand in question imo.

In this spot is very difficult win a stack.

I think that at NL5 raise is almost always better raise than call, here I raise:
1) If turn get a hearth you can't raise
2) raise on the turn is stronger than a raise on flop
3) At nl 5 you don't need balancing
4) When you raise flop pot is bigger turn, you can win more bb river
