If I 3bet 3x more than enough in position. As played the turn seems like a decent barrel card. You have more Ax in your range than the villain in this hand. 20bb should be big enough.

I fold pre.
OTT you have a medium strength hand with SD value that I do not want to turn into a bluff (you have better hands to 2nd barrel, e.g. all your FDs), so I'd check back and maybe bluff catch river depending on run out.

However, I don't hate a bet OTT either, but I doubt that you get a many better hands to fold, possibly 99 or better 8x, and Villain shouldn't really have TT+. Do you get value from worse hands? Only FDs, I'd say.

Why do you overbluff preflop so hard against the pool?

Arent aggressor always have more Ax than caller? And anyway, why is this the reason to bluff with all pairs? And what better do you expect him to fold? Will he fold 99-TT? Do you protect your hand? Meaning will he call flop and fold turn with two overcards that arent an ace?

Yes 86s on BTN versus CO is a bit loose, kinda overdoing it, unless there is a reason for it, lets say Co overfolds heavily to 3bets, i would 3bet a bit tighter.

Also mix in some checkbacks on this flop, there is no real reason to bet, its a bluff more or less, i would mix in checkbacks on flop like this, there is also a good chance he wont fold much here.

I would also say the playerpool zoom on stars is very very tight for average, so you cant go too crazy on these nits. Chances are good you running into some tight range postflop and its getting - ev

Although it does indeed seem loose, it is a standard bluff 3Bet pre in some strategies where one would bluff-3Bet the bottom of their calling range.

Here is the legend:

The idea is to fold to a 4-Bet, thus protecting the range.
Once called though, you're on your own post-flop

In this case I would check back the turn, and bet/fold the river, and quite possibly fold if opponent bets substantially

PF is fine - really depends on the bluff combos you use to 3b bluff with, just try to make sure you have 50-60% value and 40-50% bluffs. You will typically have 8-9% 3bet range vs a CO open.

Flop: Bet is fine

Turn: The concept of betting the Ace to rep it for the sake of it just because you are the 3bettor is nonsense.
With your hand specifically this is a clear check, with the plan of bluff catching on blank runouts. You would still be ahead of enough Td9d 9d7d KdQd QdJd QdTd KdTd KdJd type of hands.

The Ace is a very bad turn card for you, he has a ton of AdQ and AdJ that would float the flop, as well as A3s/A5s.

If you are the type of guy who wants to use a "barrel the Turn with my entire range" type of strategy, then you would probably need to size down your bet to 1/3 pot. I don't think the Ace is such a great card though, the King would be a much better card (you have all AK and he never has it) unlike the A (where you have AK AQ but he has AQ AJ)

I might check turn, feels like we turn our hand into bluff if we bet turn.

Me - preflop - fold.
If you went to turm - I would check with A on the board - he could have lots of Axs card in the call range or medium pairs.
