ZOOM - Straight on river

The way he played, I put him on Kx which means were beaten by AK, KJ, but beat KQ and KT maybe K9s from cutoff or other suited kings depending how loose he is. I could also see him having 55 here bluff catching the turn and then hitting the house and reraising the river. However, the fact that he didn't Cbet on a scary flop makes me think that the villain crushed that board. I think it's worth a call on the river to get value from his kings that didn't hit a full house since we only need 33% equity and I assume we have that given his range. We only need to win one in three times for it to be profitable. I think check calling river is best if you assume that villain is so strong here. Or at least consider betting the river smaller so that calling the min reraise isn't as expensive.

I am curious about the size of our river bet. What weaker hands will call it?

I'm always suspicious when the preflop raiser checks such a flop and would play the hand more passively.

I am confused, Hero flatted from the BB against a SB open. Why do we act first on the flop?

Villain was in CO

A leak of mine was cold calling from the blinds, pretty sure that 3beting or folding this exact hand is much better preflop.
As played after the suspicious check on the flop he probably smashed the board as others pointed earlier, he is definately cbetting his air here, on the river he`s not raising worse, x/c a reasonable bet is also a valid option.
