I have moved your hand to the MTT hand discussion forum, because it fits better here and then you get faster feedback on tournament players.

I don’t think a 3bet is bad here, but on the flop, I would go for a small Cbet and fold on a shove. I don’t think he will ever bet more than half his remaining stack as bluff or so and without fold equity I would most likely fold this hand.

I'd 3bet bigger preflop with the intention of getting it in, unless villain is a big nit. If the big blind also had around 25bb, a shove would be a good option aswell. I'd go 1850 preflop. On this flop, I'd cbet get it in because the board is so drawy, he can easily have flush/straightdraws against which we're doing okay. We still have equity if he managed to scoop a T on this flop and we have fold equity with our cbet. Also, losing this pot isn't the end of the world. Not saying we should take marginal spots because we have a big stack but it surely is an advantage.

Edit: I don't really like your flop checkraise though as you can push him of equity (which he probably will have) yourself by betting the flop.
