I only play NL Hold'em. Online i mostly play cashgames (5NL atm). Live i rather play tournaments.
On sunday when i have alot of time i will try to play the GTD mtts on PS.

I have already a account on pokerstars and unibet so i don't comply for the promotions. Is that right?

Not those ones anyway — but there may be others that you would be able to utilize

Pretty sure Belgians are allowed promotions due to your lovely government (if I remember correctly they were one of the first European countries to bring in strict regulations!

If none of those work — you can purchase points here: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/buy-points/
If you decide to buy points, the earlier in the month you purchase them, the better, since the newly acquired status lasts until the end of the next month.
Once you have been at a higher status, when it is done you revert to bronze, and will never again fall below that.

I don't actually know.
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
They may have some suggestions I'm not aware of.

I forgot about Neteller and Skrill
I know that there is a way to use those payment tools to get points — however I cannot use either so I keep forgetting about them.
