That's really tough to have a positive winrate with in mind you invest money in the blinds. If you have a winrate bb/100 is better than -50 in the SB and -100 in BB it's not bad. Than you lose less than you invest in the blinds.Cheers,

I wondered how often opponents fold pre-flop to your 3Bets?
The problem with 3Bet-or-fold strategies is that as soon as opponents realize we 3Bet nearly our entire range, then they begin to 4Bet wider.
The downside to this is that we are now heading for a flop with a big pot -- or have just folded pre-flop with a 3Bet
They don't adapt that much, i find that the majority are still folding much or don't 4bet widely at a frequence that bother me
But that strategy have for sure downsides as we are forced to fold some playable hands and we find ourselves to play bigger pots with medium strenght hands.
These downsides are largely counter balanced by the plus :
* big pot with big hands
* retake the initiative
* isolation
* we are uncapped
* we don't pay rake (when they fold)
* don't let a squeeze opportunity
