Can anyone explain to me how I post hands please as this is my best way to improve my poker.

Hi Muscledude,

First of all, you'll need to be sure your poker client stores hand locally. Some, like Party and GGPoker don't do that, but they provide a way to download them.

Next, you'll a hand converter to take the hand history output and make it easier for humans to read. If you have a tracker, like PokerTracker4, there will be the option in there to export the hand.

Lacking a tracker, my favourite is https://pokeit.co/convert/ — hide player names, and of course you'll need "Forum Code" as the output method. Hide results is also a good option to choose. Sometimes it makes it hard to properly evaluate the play when the reviewer knows the outcome.

Once you have converted the hand, select the text in your converter window, and paste it into the hand. It is helpful to describe the situation, and for tournaments, how close you are to the money. Also include your thoughts, and try to include what you thought the player's range might be.

One hand per post is recommended.

Thanks Vorpal I have pokertracker so it should work, it is just doing the first hand that's hard.
