Villain is 40/20/3.5 after 128 hands. Can i consider laying this down?
He could have a 3, but I doubt he'd donk the flop multiway with that, so my guess is he probably has a K as well.

3-bet the flop.
The only hands that beat you here are 33, T3 and K3, so I think I'd still shove the turn as played

Honestly here you ave a fish or an extremely lucky guy limp calling his 33 :rolleyes:

Maybe he can have KJ as well but I think he can fold them, at least on the turn...
Otherwise it is also very likely he holds Q :diamond:J :diamond:...people go crazy with that hands sometimes...

Oh I misread the action, thought you had bet/called -.- but yeah actually you can raise more - like 40-45$.

Well, against a fish I see me going broke. KK/TT are very unlikely, 33 is also unlikely, K3/T3 shouldn't be in the hand. A fish may pay off with AK, so I get it in.

Well, not really, since I had a bad feeling based on timing tells + baluga theorem in mind.
Okay, those aren't really solid lock arguments, I know, so I guess in this hand it's kinda murky. But every time I look for excuses to call in these situations, Baluga hits me right in the face ♦
