Problem is, that we do not really know how many outs will still have. Against a King of heart + Madehand (Q or A) we are dead, against KJ, we have 9 Outs if he does not have the King of heart. Versus Two Pair we have 12 Outs. Against any King who is not the King of heart we have 9 Outs, since a Jack would make a straight. A King also maybe is only an Outs for a split pot.

If we go all-in here we invest $10.7 to win $24.40, means that we need 30% Equity to play BE or slightly profitable.

Against his possible Range of QQ, TT, ATs+, KJs, ATo+, KJo, we have 25% Equity. If he donks with a made flush, our Equity will not increase. So here it would be correct to fold.

Why not to play check behind on the flop here?
1) We have double stack
2) We have 2 overcards on the flop
3) and this fishy man can cold call me on any2, so we dont know definetelly his handrange.

So will it be good decision to play check behind here?

1.) Because we have fold equity vs. unknown, which that opponent is for me, because you gave me no more information, so
2.) when you know that he is fishy and calling any 2, say so when you post the hand and not afterwards. ;)
3.) If he really is fishy and cally any 2, I would bet for Fold Equity and Value, cause then he might call down any Underpair to the board as well.
