Generally the people you will find in the casino are gonna be quite a lot easier to play against than playing online. You should still play quite tight but you can start to play some hands that can hit the flop well and are good to play multi-way such as suited connectors. Post flop don't do anything crazy if you hit a good hand get your money in. Don't try and bluff much because chances are people won't be folding much, or if you find people are folding ALL the time then bet all the time but give up as soon as anyone plays back at you

depends on the casinos rules. Some places you can buy in for 50bb some 100 min. I would prefer to be playing bss though, just because of the level of opposition you will have a good few chances to stack people and its always better to win 100bb right?

There a 4 different casinos in easy distance (20 miles) of me, and I find that at all of them players are weaker than online. They are also looser than online and they are less likely to fold. You find multi way pots a lot more, always multi way on flops, not narrowing until the turn if at all. I find a tight aggressive BSS works, and play a long time so you've got the time to play tight. When you hit play aggressively, you'll get paid. When you don't hit don't bluff, you'll get called.

A good thing about playing at your local casino is that you get to know how the regs play. There are players that will never raise except with premium hands, and there are players that will never bluff. Getting to know this is a big advantage.
Be sure to mix up your own game so as not to become predictable yourself.
