Did you also adjust ranges if you fold and others collide?
yes, maybe i wasn't clear enough abt it in my original post. What i mean by 'BU pushes first in' is for when i fold

This would be good spot to limp or minraise your whole range. That way you basically force BB to go allin, because he likely understands it is very unlikely you will call BU shove if he folds. It might be annoying to fold if BB still does fold, but at same time he will be very very crippled with his stack. By playing like this your range can also be wider as BB wont be folding much.
Even with hand like AA you want to use such limp or minraise style to get BB inm the pot and make it less likely that you would be the bubble boy

I guess making a small cbet can be +ev, He should fold his overcards and only continue with pp,some draws which he will probably continue too if we bet larger.
Also we avoid comitting ourselves by betting ~1/3 pot.
