Hi!

Villain 22/17 (MP 19%), cbet 68%, wtsd 25

If he cbets this flop, is it ok to make a bluffraise sometimes with some equity? (my fold to cbet is a bit high so it might work)

I have more suited connectors in my range, he would be in trouble with overpairs too.

Thanks

Hey Cukk,

This gutshot raise would be close but given his 68% cbet it should be OK. The lower his cbet I would just wait for a bit more equity, for example adding a BD flush to the gutshot here.

To lower your fold to cbet just use weak gutshots and overs that cannot call down as a bluff raise against people that clearly cbet too much overall. Too much would be anywhere over 65% if they don't start with a very tight preflop range. The tighter the preflop range, the more you can cbet and not be weak postflop ofc.
