Figured I was beat somehow..

Still not too sure about this one.

Some 3-x hands play this way and I can see some Q-x hands playing this way too from this type of opponent.

What do you guys think?

Ok the preflop raise with QTo.

On the flop you get this weird 1/3 lead by the BB. It doesn't represent a lot of strength, beacause of the board he's unlikely to have either 3x or Qx.
Calling his bet is ok, it's also unlikely that SB hitted something, and there are no possible draws, so you're getting value w/o risking too much. Maybe even a raise could be ok, on this kind of board they tend to call a lot with lower PPs.

You just called down, that's good. But on the turn you need to figure out a plan. Oppo bets again 1/2 pot on the turn which is not scary. You know he only has 35bbs in his stack, while if you call the pot is going to be 33bbs so ofcourse you should expect a shove on the river. If you don't believe him on the turn, neither you should do on that river blank. You can call twice or fold directly on the turn.

This is not always valid, but it's an important concept.

I think I'm not folding, he's also just midstacked so TPGK in this spot could be ok :)

Somehow doesn't exist in poker, try to figure out what kind of hand your opponent is playing in this way ;)
