When did True Detective season 2 start? Not mentioned on IMDB!

Ray Donovan,,,,,,,,, Excellent, a triumph. Jon Voight, a delight.

See if u can get hold of Goodnight Sweetheart, really cheesy, but spot on if u like time travel..............

Last Ship has a good story, but the actors are shite!

Also Blacklist season 3 will be starting again next month.

I recommend 'The Americans' and 'Rome', and (hooray!) 'Outrageous Fortune' for something a bit different. As for '(A) Game of Thrones', it's hard to disagree with these guys:

It has not started yet for what I know. Also I read somewhere it will take place somewhere else (Think it was California) and there will be new actors. Season 1 was the nuts and Im affraid the second season will fail compared to that. Then again I dont know how much they actually are going to change, so it's kinda hard to say, but it's surely a bold move to change a hit show that much.

There are quite a few: Shameless (TOP), The Killing, Sons of Anarchy (still great after 6 seasons), Homeland (only 1st 2 seasons), Banshee (only 2 seasons so far) ...

me and the gf abandoned sons of anarchy, it showed promise at first but never really delivered, the weak irish season was the final nail for us.

banshee is a fantastic show imo, the character development is great fun to watch, almost every episode brings something new to the table. can't wait for season 3.

Worth to watch:

Sons of Anarchy

Mad Men

Boardwalk empire

In these days, there are sooo many great tv series it's really hard to pick one

Mad Men is plain boring from season 4. +1 to everything else.

I love Banshee, doesnt take itself seriously, everything is over the top

Boardwalk empire, mad men & breaking bad were too slow for me, nothing happened

Unfortunately a lot of TV shows now, particularly american ones, drag on far too long and end up being boring and daft. Keep it to 2 or 3 series max and then you can make them all good instead of having 2 good series, one average one then 3 more rubbish ones....

I've found that everyone knows someone who has told them to watch Suits. EVERYONE.

I don't think anyone has actually watched it. It's a weird social experiment by the TV overlords.

go with classics and watch Sopranos. Also Weeds is a great show which is over now.
Borgia and Spartacus are also ok, if you liked the sexier/bloodier side of GoT

It's on my watchlist. Has anyone else read the book? It was a great read so the series better be good. :P

As already mentioned, Breaking Bad - highly recommended.

True Detective as well, a nice refreshment after the teenage vampire and crazy shooting shows.

Oh.. and of course, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.

Prison Break, although somewhat older than some of the series mentioned here, is also really awesome.

House of Cards is the nuts as well :f_love:
