I was told to e-mail a screenshot as proof of deposit to the support team in order to claim those SPs. I wasn't given an address though... so I sent it to support@pokerstrategy.com. Will let you know if successful

HM2 and PT4 both support Netbet as they do all iPoker skins.

Hey guys,
When you are requested to do something like this, it should be done by customer support ticket.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

Fair enough, but how do I attach an image file to a ticket? Or do I need to upload and send the link? Surely it should be simpler than this
Thanks for the info but I thought it would be the poker site because that is where your level is at.....not sure.

Yes, you should indeed upload the image to an image upload site and then give us the link in the ticket, that'll do the trick

Thank you for solving this issue, got all the points from last month and this month and my status upgrade.
Now I will withdraw some of my Taf money to netbet
I have got my points to and at this pace I should keep my Gold status another month.
i also got my points for last month, also got points this month even when i didnt play anything, maybe thats the source based rake system( someone playing with my money:f_rolleyes:)

Interesting, we've checked our reports and there was nothing wrong, they did report those figures as old cash game rake.

i already know from where those points are,, the dates i got points i used twister tokens,,, got SP here but no netbet points at netbet 
NetBet says you did play cash game on the 13th, table: "Kalanchak"
On the 12th you used a twister token, so nothing wrong here.
