He was 9/9 when hand occured. Should I 3bet preflop anyway vs 9/9? Is my donk ok?

Well if he was 9/9 and went 17/15 after 84 hands, he was basically unknown.
And TT is too strong to be played only for set value.
A classic squeeze spot.
As played, bet/fold is fine.

Squeeze preflop. A call might be ok also if you are a good postflop player.

Don't really like donking this flop into 3 people as you turn your hand in an absolute bluff and are clueless vs any reraise or 2 callers. Also your donkbet is too big. Only aim of your donkbet is to gain some info -> 2/3 pot is enough.

I like frontchecking the flop vs 3. MP2 wont cbet into 3 without JJ+ or AK/AQh if he's a decent player. So if MP2 checks you can take up the pot pretty savely on turn. If BB or BU bets on flop you can easily muck.
