I don’t know exact on with poker room you’re talking about, but it could take maximum 3 business days before the money will arrive.
If this period is already expired I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service and they will help you further.

It seems we can't transfer the money to your NetBet Poker account since you used the wrong download guide. We have different download guides for NetBet Poker - one for the first deposit bonus and one for the free poker money. It looks like you used the instructions for the first deposit bonus, so unfortunately you're not eligible for the free poker money. Apologies for the disappointment

The best thing to do would be to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
