I mean that we are easily hiving up our hand when AK and AQ are possible and we still beat them.

even if AK and AQ are possible. the facts that we are out of position and that he is still likely to barrel with AK and AQ, in which case we will probably will need to give up on turn. The fact that his range is generally ahead of us does not make it worth calling the flop IMO. this is such a prime example of the importance of position.

I kind of like the idea of keep playing against a wider range after the flop. However, indeed you are right that position is waaaaay more important and a fold vs call here can be argued.
