You might have been dealt aces 40 times in 55. Its possible. You can also win the lottery.

But if you are not exploiting a 50 hand read of 86/55 you shouldnt be playing poker. It is a game of incomplete information and probability based decision making and on probabilities 86/55 after 50 is near enough to always a goose that your sample is the rounding error.

I would say the same failing to exploit here after 13 hands too of course. It is possible villain was on a card rush. It is probable he is a goose.

Instead of looking as a mindless bot at ur hud u can actually see his showdowns. Gives a pretty good indication of his ranges.

Paying someone off because he is running hot isn't a good excuse.

Real notes and reads are much more valuable than stats, this is true. But do we have any good reads in this case? If not, then we really should look at those stats. If you can have 85/55 in 50 hands, I really think you are a loosey goosey. Or then you just won the lottery at that session, but it is not likely. BTW isn't that kind of big vpip/pfr gap?

In 85/50 villan,it is of no importance if the gap is big... You have a massive maniac.
VPIP/PFR stats are much more realiable stats when we talk about small hand sample, then WTSD.

I know the gap is not so important, villain is a fish. I was just commenting Pistoleroo's question whether he is a maniac if he has that kind of stats after 50 hands. I could agree that good player could have 50/40 in 50 hands but the gap shouldn't be very big for him if he is just running good.

You can have 80/50in 40 hands. And still play a good, solid game. There are a lot aspects that can influence that - good run of cards, previous history with one of the villains, daily mood, TILT...
