PokerStars - $0.44+$0.06|100/200 Ante 25 NL - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 18.05 BB (VPIP: 17.91, PFR: 13.83, 3Bet Preflop: 8.33, Hands: 273)
SB: 8.08 BB (VPIP: 9.26, PFR: 8.16, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 59)
Hero (BB): 4.85 BB
UTG: 29.33 BB (VPIP: 32.08, PFR: 7.55, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 59)
CO: 7.2 BB (VPIP: 14.29, PFR: 11.76, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 107)

5 players post ante of 0.13 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.13 BB) Hero has 5♣ 6♥

UTG calls 1 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero checks

Flop: (3.13 BB, 2 players) 6♠ 4♦ J♣
Hero bets 3.73 BB and is all-in, UTG calls 3.73 BB

Turn: (10.58 BB, 2 players) Q♠

River: (10.58 BB, 2 players) 4♣

Without giving too much thought I would assign him something like that

Spoiler

and we are a little bit ahead of it OTF. I also thought that If we don't shove OTF and c/f we are left with 3.5 bb in front of the big passive stack and have a chance to double up only if we get a monster coz we won't steal profitably at this spot.

I think it’s legit to stack here off and based on his stats it’s difficult to give him a good range.
He could even play wider than you suggest here.

You're short stacked, you get to see a free flop, you hit a pair with about a pot sized bet left behind, you can forget about villains ranges, you just put it all in and see what happens
