QQ in BB vs big BU raise

5th hand so no reads
When he raises so big pre do you agree its best to play small ball and just call?
Otf - just a call
OTT - when he checks back turn I'm pretty sure I have the best hand so go for a small bet OTR

I don’t think it’s bad to 3bet pre-flop to 240 or so and try to get it in against a 4,5x BTN raise.
Further I would play the hand the same way against a unknown.
