I'm not sure I understand the question. You can only receive starting capital on a platform on which you have never had an account before. So if you have had a previous account - it won't be possible to receive starting capital there.
You selected PokerStars as the place to receive your starting capital so if you really want to it Mansion you will need to write a ticket to our support indicating so ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/ )
