So I think if we check it is to check/fold to a 70% bet

Better yet at NL5 where people tend to call too much and don't raise enough I'd go with a small-ish bet myself and fold to a raise
How much depends on your opponent, but anything in the vicinity of 25-50% of the pot should be good

Preflop is kinda meh......yes pot odds are better MW but equity distribution changes quite a bit when it’s not heads up. Calling out of SB isn’t something I do too often and it depends on the BB usually. Don’t want to to get squeezed by an aggressive BB. In BB, calling all day here.

Flop good....turn good.....river I usually bet with the logic that all the hands that will call a bet will probably check back on the river when the scary flush card hits. It’s good to extract a little bit more value when they have QJ, JT, AK, AQ, AT. My plan would be to bet/fold. It’s maybe a bit thin but I like it better than the check/call

Thank you! I thought, he maybe played this board Axs and I didn't want chance to give him check/raise. Maybe he thought flush scary me and if he raise i fold. But this thinking is bad, especially micro limit. It was maybe one big mistake yestarday. But now i think so better river move bet/fold. But i which prefer better suited broadways, than 45s-109s and some two grapped suited connectors, 46s-108s. Broadway suited where i know i have got nut or 2 nut flush or straight and sometimes micro limit enough top pair. And maybe good call CO or BU in mw pot, J10s-KQs? I played so many hands 45s-109s and lot of times i ran into better flush and straight or better kicker if i had three of kind. I know small and middle suited connector rarely dominate but rarely won big pot.
