i think its close.
he can attack the limpers with lots of hands like 77+, Ajs+, perhaps KQs or stuff like that.
but its very expensive to find out, and if you call his raise its a very big pot with only AQs...
dont know, i think his raise is so big that you have to fold. against a smaller raise you could call or reraise, but here your only choice is to reraise all in or to fold i guess.
and against an unknown player , and you having a good sized stack i let him take the chips this time and act accordingly if he plays this agressiv later on.

if this tourney costs 1 point to enter, i think moving all in becomes the better play because then his range is really really big and like in the low rebuy tournaments i would go broke then here with AQs

My range here to do this is JJ+, AQs, AKo?

Like you say, his range usualy is pp and AJ+, AJ is ok, AK bad, any PP bad. I dont think its still good to push here and have 50% equity

you forget one thing, he might still fold if he attacks the limpers with KQ, or pairs like 77-TT he might still fold, giving you a huge pot.
there is no real need in going all in here thats true.
so if this would be a regular tournament i think folding is you best option.
but in these "free" tournaments you will see soooo many freaky plays and so many freaky lose players that i think you are ahead his range.

but basically you are correct you dont have to put all your chips at risk here with AQs.
but it might be a very good spot against those freaky lose players.

so yes you dont have to push here, the safest way to play is to fold !
it would be the best play in a regular buy in tourney against thinking players.

but in these tourneys he can have almost anything where your AQs might well be the best hand.

so i expect the all in move to be +ev in the long run, but you dont have to gamble here in the early phase of the tourney.
