you cannot just call because of the SB chipstack.
after you would call the pot would be around 1900 with the SB in the pot who has only 900 left.
so you would have to call on ANY kind of flop if he moves allin with 3:1 odds.

so it is really only a fold or go all in question.

without stats on the SB... its close. but i think on this low buy in tournaments he can have some hands you dominate (like AJs, AQ, KQs/o) and some pairs 55+ in the small stacks range + neraly the same range for the SB.

against such ranges you are about 34% to win the hand. you are under no pressure so i think folding is not a mistake and would be the "safer" play.

if you fold you have 2900 left, if you go all in and the SB calls you (i guess he is comitted )
you will lose in 65% of the hands and you will have 1500 left : 0,65*1500= 975
you will win in 35% of the hands and you will have 6200 : 0,35*6200 = 2170
so your expacted chipstack after moving all in will be 2170+975=3150

so this all in move is about to be break even in EV meanings. but the ranges might be wrong so i guess folding is the better option.
