Here goes the really long update, sorry I haven't been updating, i've got really lazy and haven't been bothered to do it.
So, in short i've quit heads up, why I hear you asking ♦ well it was going really well I decided to move to Fulltilt poker so I could get 27% rakeback and the rake there is capped at $0.50 instead of $1 at iPoker, what I found is one of three things:
1. The players are much better - this is the one I think it was most
2. I hit a massive downswing - Had some inteesting coolers
3. I tilted and played badly - true, but im not sure to what extent
So basically what happened is I lost all of the profits I made on ipoker HU on ftp, I said to myself once I get to a BR of $1000 I will stop and withdraw, I said this at about $1250 and I didn't think I would get to $1000, unfortunately I did so I withdrew and deposited again on iPoker(bet365), I then had two options, to play Heads Up again or to go back to 6 max, I decided to go back to 6 max but stupidly of me I started at NL50, what I should have done is gone back to NL20 as I had completely forgotten how to play 6 max, so basically I lost a few more buyins there and decided to leave iPoker ♦
Next move, move back to Bwin! The reason for this is because last time I played there it was so fishy it was so profitable and the bonuses there are really good(now being at NL30/50 they should clear really quickly). The only reason why I left in the first play was because of their new software update, when they first did it I looked at it and thought this is a load of rubbish but I tried it again today and it's really not that bad, I would almost go on to say that it's quite good, the thing I like about Bwin is that:
1. They have a casino and sports bookmaker = lots of fishes
2. Their advertising goes out to none poker players e.g They sponsor Real Madrid and AC Milian I think, they also bought advertising in the Lady Gaga song Poker Face, this is better than what stars or Everest do which is advertise at poker events, for example Everest sponsor the WSOP this year meaning they are advertising for people already interested in poker and I watched the Ante Up of Africa tourney last night which was sponsored by Pokerstars.
3. The bonuses - pretty much unlimited bonuses as i've found this great website with all the codes on.
So basically since i've got back into shorthand it hasn't gone aswell as I had expected and I've lost a fair chunk of my bankfroll, i'm not too bothered though as I can get it back (I did withdraw $500 for myself btw). So at the moment i'm gunna grind NL30 on Bwin for a bit untill I can get to about $1,150 then i'll take some more shots at NL50.

Sorry if this seems unkind but I forgot to say in my original post, I don't need to be lectured about bankroll management, this site is obsessed about it, I set my own rules which I adhered to. I said once I get below $1000 I will move down to NL20 which is 50 stacks which is plenty. I don't tend to tilt too much and if I do I stop play asap, and am quite happy to move down when I need to.
But thank you for your concern anyway 
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo..... Full tilt got other one................. FT is full of sharks. Hope that after reblinding your BR you'll try HU in the ongame network as (like u say) full of fishes. If u want rackback i recomend maybe cake as there are virtually no pro's cause of the no HUD's rule.

Play a fair few hands today, just over 2k, it went pretty well overall managed to clear a $30 bonus, have put a new $50 bonus in, I decided to clear the smaller bonuses first then the bigger ones later as it all helps my br and they will be easier to clear at NL50 and NL100 and hopefully even NL200!
I felt I played quite nicely, middle session I kept getting coolered and thought the deck was ice cold, but hey im not gunna moan, thats poker right?!
Here was a really nice hand against a really laggy but fishy player, when he shoves over my raise I basically put him on a low PP, he's not doing it with AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT as he would have given more action pf, so I feel i'm goo and put it in. This is probably one of my biggest pots in NL30 as we were quite deepstacked.

1.2k is still alright for SH, like to take shots. Played a mix of NL30 and 50 at that point. Now at 1.4k and playing NL50 SH only again.
BRM is also about how confident you are in your game for the lower stakes.
Like 1.7k and NL25 FR is pretty nitty for me. I don't like having a lot of buy-ins for low-limits.
