Be aware that 43 hands is not a huge sample size, not even for VPIP and PFR.

Blind vs blind you can 5bet jam AQs (even vs an unknown player), as has been mentioned above.

OTF, IIRC, overcards without a ♦ go into your checking range.

Looks like villain isn't a maniac. Than I would consider stacking off.
Flop is really wet and you have 2 over cards. without knowing anything of villains cbet tendencies I would just check behind with 2 over cards and no in the hand.

I don't think betting this flop, trying to take this pot away is a good idea. I don't think you'll succeed very often. You can't continue if they reraise and even on the turn you should give up most of the time. So in my opinion that would be giving your money away.

Like mentioned before, you don't have that many hands on villain. And in this case, you should be looking at his 4bet stats and fold to 3bet. And you'll probably don't have an indication about that.

Shoving might be an option, like mentioned before...

I believe I would be going all in pre.. this would be if I was 100bb deep. which you are. if was deeper at 170BB or above I would probably call, to see flop then check fold.
