I sent them 1 email requesting my lifetime hand histories, and got an automated response that they don't correspond via email anymore as to "make it a better customer experience".
Then sent them a "Contact Us" form from the site on Saturday and another one today, 12 hours ago.
No response yet... Even a simple "lol no" would at least clear things up for me. They wouldn't even have the decency to tell me to go fuck myself. ![]()
Have anyone of you requested all time hand history before? How long did it took for them to send, for you to download and load on your HM/PT/etc?
All time?
No, but once or twice a year, I request the entire hand history going back to the last time.
So I have HH going back about 7 years with few gaps.
How far back do you want to go?
Use the hand history tool in the client to get the first year from that date.
If it works, just keep going 1 year at a time.
It might take a bit of time, but certainly doable.
Hint: Both the "Excel" option and the "HTML" option return an html file.
Excel can import either.
I don't know about Google sheets -- I haven't tried.
I don't mean player history audit - what I've registered/uregistered and cashed in.
I mean actual hand history. Should be 500k-900k hands.
Whenever I try to get a hand history of a particular tournament older than 3 months, I get an empty email back from Stars.
HI,
Yes, ther read emails.
I got my lifetime hand history after 7 days of waiting, got several emails with links to download.
If you still didnt get yours, try to email them again.
Yeah, thanks buddy! I got an answer after the 3rd Contact Us form (4rd try overall, first one was email and they don't read emails anymore I guess...)
I asked them to email me with an answer whether they cant or if it's going to take a lot of time. Finally they answered with:

Happened yesterday, now I can see that I am still doing same mistakes as I did 8 years ago
Just got my lifetime history, after ~10 days. They sent me 36 emails with zip files.
It took about 2 hours for 600.000 hands to get imported to HM3 and HM2 but it took quite a bit more time - like 3 more, for HM3 to read the tournaments.
HM2 was faster but it doesn't show cashes of a ton of tournaments.
Just in case anybody was wondering...
Did you get the tournament summaries also?
Even if not, well played PokerStars!
I'm not sure any other room would -- or even could -- do this.

I got the tournament hand history with the request.
PokerStars obviously won't let me win. : D
On September 5, I requested a hand and tournament history. On 6 September, they replied that the request would be complied with within 48 hours. Today is September 12 ... I have not received any data. I resubmitted my request on September 8 - there was no response to this email at all.
